I am a first time home buyer with a million questions, he answered all of them, at all hours! He explained things in terms I could understand, breaking down the lingo for someone who doesn't deal with home buying on the regular. He worked way out side of business hours/days for my family and found us the perfect house! I was planning my wedding at the same time as buying a home, and he made the home buying process easy as pie. I text him at 7am on a Sunday morning to look at a house and he responded right away. I sent emails at 11 at night and he would respond. He did everything in his power to help us get in the home we really wanted; even going as far as making minor fixes himself and being there for repair people to come by. Hardworking individual for sure.
He is just a really good person in general. I had a flooding issue a couple months after purchasing the house and he came over to help fix/clean up the disaster that night, and stayed until it was resolved-hours later! That was completely unnecessary and extremely appreciated. He is a husband/father and I think that makes him put himself in the buyer's shoes and relate to many people on many levels. I have kids and it was important to live somewhere safe for them and he understood that, going out of his way to make sure neighborhoods were safe/low crime where we were looking.

If you are looking for someone that is dedicated to selling or listing your property, I would have to say that Patrick is the person that would get the job done. Patrick is very courteous and understanding and supportive of a person's needs. I would say that he goes way above and beyond normal agents that I have dealt with in the past. He always puts his clients first no matter what he has going on in his personal life. Again, if you want to sell or list your property, Patrick is the man. On one particular day, I was out of town and Patrick actually dog sat my dog so that house could be shown.
